You must provide accurate business and contact details, maintain the rights to sell the assets you upload, and comply with platform review requirements before selling on the marketplace.
Vendors are responsible for the originality, legality, quality, and accuracy of uploaded files, previews, descriptions, licensing details, and promotional claims.
Picstur may review, approve, reject, suspend, request changes to, or remove any listing or account that does not meet platform standards, legal requirements, or marketplace quality expectations.
Vendor payouts are processed according to the platform payout schedule, minimum thresholds, and compliance checks. Platform commissions, taxes, banking validation, and fraud checks may affect payout timing.
Because Picstur Vendor is for digital assets, no shipping, dispatch, packaging, logistics, tracking, or physical delivery policy applies anywhere in the vendor workflow.
Digital asset purchases may be reviewed case-by-case according to platform rules, fraud checks, duplicate purchases, technical delivery issues, or legal requirements. No general physical-goods refund policy applies to vendor use of this platform.
You must protect your account access, payout details, uploaded assets, and connected links. Any misuse, impersonation, copyright infringement, or policy abuse may lead to account restriction or permanent removal.
